Summer Conditioning
This year we're determined to be our very best. We may not be a sport at this school but we can look like athletes. This is the conditioning routine we're using to get ready for the season. If you're interested in joining the squad next fall and you don't have a workout routine yet feel free to follow this one. We want to hit the ground running next fall and it's easier to start practicing if everyone's in shape. See you next fall !
Routine:
1/2 mile warm up run
stretching
jump practice ( 5 pencil, 5 X-jumps, 5 toe touches, 5 C-jumps, 5 tucks, and 5 pencils again; take a 5 second breather after the first 15)
1/2 mile run
stretch and cool down
following this three times a week should put you where you need to be next fall
